Getting crafty during Covid SIP with found objects from Esprit Park. Today: Pinecones!

PSA: all the parcourse equipment is closed until further notice. Luckily, there’s lots of other exercise you can do, like jumping jacks and burpees!

One of the best things about Esprit is that it’s one of the few places nearby where kids can get dirty, explore nature, and play in an unstructured environment. Digging in the dirt is good for the soul!

The path around Esprit is approximately* .2miles. So if you go around 5 times, you get a mile. Get your outside exercise on, but stay 6 feet away from everyone! *measurement taken with only moderate accuracy using an Apple Watch
